Management model

Defining the management structure and size of the resources to be used according to the foreseen demand.

Efficiency

Efficient and well-organised centre’s management. Developing the management model with efficacy criteria (meeting objectives) and efficiency (maximising available resources).

Assessing results

Control and adaptation. Follow up results and analyse diversions. Correct according to the changing reality and adapt long-term planning.
